We believe life is constantly communicating through experience. The situations we repeat, the challenges we avoid, and the patterns we overlook are often the clearest reflections of what’s happening within us.

The goal isn’t to escape life. Not at all... it’s to start noticing it. To slow down enough to recognize what’s already speaking to you. To turn ordinary moments into awareness, reflection, and growth.

The WTF?! Philosophy

Intuitive WTF?! was founded by Aaron Heart, a natural intuitive, energy healer, and lifelong explorer of the mystical, the metaphysical, and the deeply human experience of life.

Aaron began his intuitive development training in 2014 at Angel Light School of Metaphysics in Berkeley, where he studied intuitive reading, spirit guide connection, and energetic clearing practices designed to support personal insight and growth.

In 2015, he expanded into hands-on energy healing and became an Usui Reiki Master, later completing Quantum Touch Level 1 training. His approach blends traditional energy healing with intuitive guidance in a grounded, practical way that meets people where they are.

In 2018, he continued his development at the Bad Ass Space for Healing (BASH) in Oakland, deepening his understanding of energy work and embodied healing practices.

In 2022, Aaron began exploring the intersection of spirituality and everyday life through the Intuitive WTF?! Podcast — diving into the questions, patterns, and lived experiences that shape how we interpret the world around us.
