General Attendee Terms & Conditions
Welcome! These terms and conditions apply to any event, workshop, pop-up, or experience hosted, promoted, and/or registered through Intuitive WTF Events (referred to here as "the event"). By attending an event hosted by Intuitive WTF Events, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all participants.
1. General Admission
Admission details, including pricing, ticketing, and any additional fees for special sessions or activities, will be provided on the specific event page or registration platform used by Intuitive WTF Events. Age restrictions, if any, will also be noted there, as they may vary by event.
2. Code of Conduct
Attendees must behave respectfully toward all participants, vendors, and staff at any Intuitive WTF Events gathering. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials is prohibited unless pre-approved by Intuitive WTF Events.
3. Liability and Safety
Attendees participate in Intuitive WTF Events activities at their own risk. Intuitive WTF Events and any associated venues are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during an event.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of Intuitive WTF Events.
Attendees must follow all venue safety guidelines, including fire codes, accessibility regulations, and instructions from staff or Intuitive WTF Events representatives.
4. Event Changes
The schedule, speakers, activities, and offerings for any Intuitive WTF Events gathering are subject to change without prior notice. Intuitive WTF Events will make every effort to communicate updates promptly.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or other emergencies, an event may be postponed or canceled. Any applicable refund policy will be communicated separately or noted on the specific event page.
5. Media Release
By attending any event hosted by Intuitive WTF Events, you consent to photography, video recording, and other media capturing your likeness for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff upon arrival.
Personal recording of sessions, talks, or activities is prohibited without prior written approval from Intuitive WTF Events.
6. Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations
Refund, transfer, and cancellation policies for paid tickets or sessions will be detailed on the specific event page or in that event's FAQs, as these may vary depending on the event hosted by Intuitive WTF Events.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the event, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
In the unlikely event that Intuitive WTF Events cancels an event, attendees will be notified, and any applicable refund policy will be communicated at that time.
7. Activities, Sessions, and Workshops
Some Intuitive WTF Events gatherings may include additional paid sessions, workshops, or activities. Pricing and availability for these offerings will be provided on the specific event page. Participation is not guaranteed without prior booking.
Attendees must follow all instructions provided by facilitators to ensure a safe and respectful experience for all participants.
8. Vendors and Purchases
If vendors are present at an event hosted by Intuitive WTF Events, they operate independently. Intuitive WTF Events is not responsible for transactions, products, or services provided by vendors.
Attendees are encouraged to resolve any issues with vendors directly.
9. Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal substances, and any items deemed unsafe or disruptive are prohibited at all Intuitive WTF Events gatherings. Specific restrictions may vary by venue and will be noted on the event page when applicable.
Intuitive WTF Events reserves the right to inspect bags or personal items upon entry.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By attending any event hosted, promoted, or registered through Intuitive WTF Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without a refund.
